6 Degrees Group is a locally-owned, boutique recruiting firm that specializes in finding top talent in the accounting, finance, executive administration, and human resources arenas. We source for direct-hire, temporary, and temp-to-hire positions. Our firm is made up of recruiters with many years of experience each in accounting, finance, executive administration, and human resources recruiting. Additionally, the firm is comprised of tenured recruiters with accounting and finance experience as well as individuals with exceptional recruiting experience - which helps us better understand the specific needs of our clients. The relationships that we have developed enable us to identify top talent. 6 Degrees Group was formed in January of 2008 by business partners, Tracy Bates and Brian Risinger. Tracy spent over fifteen years in the Accounting industry and has been recruiting for Accounting and Finance positions for over ten years. Brian spent three years in Accounting and has over thirteen years of Accounting and Finance recruiting experience. Both Tracy and Brian spent five and nine years respectively with a large national recruiting firm in the Atlanta and Charlotte markets.
