Our mission is to provide Physically Challenged, Women of Color, and Formerly Incarcerated individuals with the resources and support they need to succeed in the cannabis industry. We understand that these marginalized communities often face significant barriers to employment, and we are committed to breaking down those barriers and providing unique access to job opportunities. We believe that everyone deserves a chance to reach their full potential and contribute to the growth and success of the cannabis industry. That's why we are dedicated solely to connecting our clients with valuable mentorships, education, training, and career opportunities. We also recognize the importance of education and training in preparing our clients for success in the cannabis industry. That's why we partner with leading organizations/brands to provide our clients with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their chosen field. From cannabis cultivation and processing to dispensary operations and business management, we are customizing programs to suit our clients' needs and interests. In addition to education and training, our goal is to provide our clients with access to a wide range of career opportunities. We have established relationships with some of the most respected companies in the cannabis industry and we work closely with them to identify job openings that align with our clients' interests and qualifications. We are committed to providing our clients with the support they need to succeed, but we don't stop there. We also advocate for our people, by campaigning for fair access to jobs and fair treatment in the workplace, and we regularly share their stories to increase public awareness of the challenges they face.
