The firm provides private real estate investments in stable income-producing assets in select markets throughout the United States. Our mission is to significantly increase our clients’ cash flow and develop permanent wealth. 37th Parallel Properties invests in performing and value-added commercial multifamily apartment projects. The portfolio consists of B to B+ assets in stable markets located primarily in the mid-South region of the United States. Our overriding investment goal is to provide to our investors projects that supply principal safety, current cash returns with ever-increasing cash returns, and equity growth throughout their holding periods.
