Art Director @ eHouse Studio is a boutique agency that creates omni-channel user experiences to solve business challenges. As an Art Director at eHouse, I have been a lead UX and UI designer on several award-winning responsive sites. I focus on brand guidance and provide art direction to a small team of UX and UI designers on a variety of projects for large and small clients. Their expertise includes branding, exhibit design, signage and digital media. My role here as an interactive designer offered me a unique experience in working with a variety of designers to gain a better understanding of a full user experience, in both a digital and physical environment. I was a lead designer on sites for museums, foundations, non-profits, as well as large corporations. From September 2008 to October 2010 (2 years 2 months) Design Director / Senior Designer @ Working with C&G Partners, Ideas on Purpose, VSA Partners, Sequel Studio, etc. From September 2007 to September 2008 (1 year 1 month) Senior Designer @ VSA Partners is a full services branding agency that designs a variety of marketing materials and websites for Fortune 500 companies. Working with this talented team helped me better understand what it takes to build a successful brand experience. I contributed to branding campaigns for clients such as GE, Hoover and Steelcase. I was also a lead designer on the website redesign for Howard Hughes Medical Institute, an intranet for Time Warner Inc. and a variety of projects for American Express. From 2003 to 2007 (4 years) Senior Information Designer @ Plumb Design, best known for creating the Visual Thesaurus, was a creative services studio that used a technology called Thinkmap as a foundation to designing and building data visualization interfaces. Working with this talented group helped me build a foundation in information design and user experience. I worked on projects for clients such as PBS, Zurich Financial Services and Boston Museum of Science. From 2000 to 2003 (3 years) Designer @ Interactive Bureau was the interactive studio of Roger Black Inc., later purchased by Circle.com. My experience working for this editorial focused design team helped me build a foundation in UI design and typography.
