I am a graduate from Eastern Washington University, with a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science.
While pursuing an undergrad degree, I interned as a web developer for EWU. This included several sites aimed at building community awareness by showing local trend data. The sites were developed using Adobe Flex/Actionscript with a MySQL database backend.
After leaving EWU, I was in the Diamond program with Sela International. This included intensive training in Android development and advanced Java programming over the span of a few months.
For just under a year, I was employed as a software engineer at Samsung Mobile (R&D Lab for AT&T/T-Mobile) in Bellevue, WA. This was a contract hire through AgreeYa Mobility Inc.
For about 6 months, I worked at Peak6 in Seattle, as a developer for the Android client of the stock/option trading app, OptionsHouse. This was contract hire through PrimeTeam Partners.
For a year and a half, I was with AIM Consulting in Bellevue, WA. During that time as an AIM consultant, I have worked as a developer on the Starbucks Android team... a project that was rebuilt using the latest Material Design paradigm with added features like Digital Tipping, Menu, Order & Pay. The app has over half a million sessions per day with 97-99% crash-free users and 4 star rating in the Google Play Store.
Currently I'm an Android Software Engineer for Cyanogen Inc. My role is to work on system & core apps for both Cyanogen OS and open-source CyanogenMod.

- The Starbucks app was in the early stages of a new code base when starting in early 2014. By the end of my contract, shipped features included: Pay, Tipping, Reload, Stores, Rewards, Inbox, Gift, Menu & Order.
- Implemented Google Analytics for the entire code base, with coordination from 3rd party vendor AnalyticsPros.
-Assist in creation of Mobile Application Strategy documentation and prototyping. From March 2014 to October 2015 (1 year 8 months) Android Application Developer @ OptionsHouse is an online broker focusing on stock options trading featuring a professional grade platform and low fees and commissions.
Features implemented include stock/option alerts and virtual account sign up. From October 2013 to March 2014 (6 months) Software Engineer @ Software engineer at Samsung (R&D Lab for AT&T/T-Mobile), as a contract hire through AgreeYa Mobility Inc. Typical work focused on Android framework and preloaded applications.
As a front line R&D center, there is deep involvement with AT&T, T-Mobile, and partners for Samsung device commercialization and advanced R&D innovation.
Products include all Android tablets and smartphones sold by AT&T and T-Mobile, such as: Galaxy S4 and S3, Note series, and the Tab line. These wildly popular devices sold in the millions across the US. From October 2012 to August 2013 (11 months) Diamond Developer (Android) @ Diamond program for Sela International as an Android developer From June 2012 to September 2012 (4 months) Greater Seattle AreaProgrammer/Web Developer @ Build and maintain websites for communities around the inland northwest. The websites display statistical data about communities (population, education, crime, etc.) to help show trends in an easy-to-read manner.
