- Responsible for facilitating a 2-day review session after the trainee has completed the online training
-In charge of completing evaluations on our new hires after a 2-day review and at 6 and 13 weeks with the respective salesperson
-Facilitate six to ten training events per year as necessitated by hiring among offices
-Conduct monthly Recruiter Meetings on a variety of topics
-Responsible for facilitating and scheduling all internal half-day interviews, the final interview round for candidates interviewing to become Recruiters at Aerotek From April 2014 to January 2015 (10 months) Environmental and Engineering Recruiter @ -Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates with technical skill-sets , including, but not limited to: Civil Engineers, Architects, Designers, Drafters, Project Managers, and Geologists
-Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirement through thorough screening processes in order to select the best fit for clients' hiring needs
-Maintain relationships with current, former, and potential candidates
-Collaborate with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments in order to assess clients' staffing requirements
-Utilize internet recruiting through Recruiter Workspace (RWS), Thingamajob, CareerBuilder, Craigslist, & numerous social media websites From September 2013 to January 2015 (1 year 5 months)
