A provider of critical infrastructure systems, EMCOR gives life to new structures and sustains life in existing ones by its planning, installing, operating, maintaining, and protecting the sophisticated and dynamic systems that create facility environments. ★Cloud Infrastructure as a Service: Deployed cloud services for a global digital enterprise, a large U.S.-based organization, and numerous startups, serving as senior CIO lead and program manager.
★Organizational Change: Served as C-level mentor and leader for the deployment of new business models for e-business, customer centricity, and IT development operations; remediated and replaced existing processes and technology. I transformed IT and developed long-term IT strategy for addressing organization delivery, talent management, and global enterprise IT solutions.

★Improved vendor evaluation and performance by introducing a standard template for vendor contracts, standard service level agreements, and a vendor governance model.

★Partnered with HR, Legal, and IT to drive global focus on data privacy, which addressed 100+ countries, 4 regions, and multiple legal, tax, and privacy concerns; CIO lead for global audits, compliance, and internal controls for 5,000 legal entities.
★Collaborated with Global Head of Audit and CFO to automate controls; rolled out the first online expense report system, improving accuracy 85+%; led roll out of CMMI and moved organization from Level 1 to Level 3.
★Reduced overall spend and improved IT execution by shifting the IT cost model from a 90/10 operations/new development to a 60/40 model within three years.
