From February 2004 to August 2004 (7 months) Network Administrator @ Century 21 Golden Partners Configured and maintained a Windows 2003 Server Network, including email, web and remote access through VPN. Facilitated design of a web application used to manage real estate transactions using C#.net and SQL Server. From February 2003 to September 2003 (8 months) Customer Support Engineer @ Motorola Contracted with Motorola iDEN network support group to provide second level phone support to cellular phone customers. Maintained a large network ~150 Compaq and Sun Unix servers, including software upgrades, patch installs, and database administration. I was also responsible for maintaining a large WAN network, which included Cisco IGX, BPX/MGX Frame relay/ATM WAN switches. I also used shell and Perl script to program troubleshooting tools to assist engineers. From November 2000 to July 2002 (1 year 9 months) IT Specialist @ Molex Fiber Optics Contracted with Molex Fiber Optics, Optoelectronics Department. Provided technical support of computer systems used in manufacturing of optoelectronics products, including PC tech support, network support, system administration of Windows NT systems, and database administration.
