Sales Representative @ During my 5+ years of Sales with Strine Printing Company I increased sales volume to a major Cosmetic Company by nearly 10 fold. During my time with Strine it became a top 10 account for Strine, which at the time was doing nearly 90,000,000 in yearly sales. I also managed sales to numerous other accounts which I brought into Strine which ranged from Cosmetic to Sun Glasses to Pharmaceutical to packaging industry manufacturers among other industries.
My daily responsibilities were prospecting, selling to existing accounts, entering estimates into the estimating system then providing written proposals for sales to customers, account management, press proofing with customers, hand delivering proofs for approval and managing changes, providing prototypes from customer specs or design concepts I proposed for customers, etc..
What made me successful at Strine was my ability to deal constructively and productively with the daily issues that arise in the manufacturing and customer service. I create solutions for my customers rather than excuses. I have always prided myself on creating and maintaining a trusting relationship with my customers so they always know I am doing what I can to create win-win solutions which in turn creates long term relationships. From April 2007 to September 2012 (5 years 6 months) Vice President of Sales @ - Promoted to this management position for consistently exceeding objectives in prior role.
