My mission is to integrate reconfigurable processors, communications, mobile applications and high performance computing embedded and real time systems into integrated cyber physical systems. This would enable seamless control and communication with the human body and I look forward to developing smart systems for the same.
My interests are in real time embedded systems with applications in (a) Medical devices, (b) Internet of Things, (c) Home automation using mobile applications and (d) safety critical embedded systems e) Network Controlled Embedded Systems. I further wish to explore these domains so as to ensure and improve the correctness, safety, timeliness, trustworthiness, and compositionality of the cyber physical systems that are increasingly affecting our daily lives.
Graduate Teaching Assistant @ Teaching Assistant for CIS 541 - Embedded Systems for Life critical applications From August 2015 to Present (5 months) Software Development Engineering Intern @ Developed a software Admin Console tool which is currently useful to browse the inventory and the orders in database of Perfect Pick, a warehouse management, Automated Storage and Retrieval System.
Designed a user interface utilizing javascript application running in a web browser as the front end and PHP to access database information in the backend.
Utilized AJAX driven, just-in-time loading (lazy loading) of large tree-oriented data sets so as to fetch information lazily that enhances efficiency.
Implemented data filters based on name, status, root nodes, dates and times.
Utilized in-the-browser sortation of results so as not to burden the server.
Involved in planning, development and refinement of the project that utilized Agile principles and Scrum-like process.
