Successfully managed a team of 4 contract staff that completed a full Operational Risk Assessment within a tight timeframe to support a site closure. Led a team of 4 contract staff on the transfer of operational support and business telephony to new locations. Transferred business processes without disruption to customer service. Provided detailed insight and input into the design and pilot of a new Business Directs Telephony Model. Consulted on the process design and implementation related to a major Corporate re-segmentation programme. Led a team of c. 40 contract and permanent staff on the process design and successful implementation of customer moves.
