For anything new, I'd enjoy the opportunity, putting in the relevant out of hours study to be effective. Frameworks aside, I have a very practical, 'best tool for the job' type of approach. CSS, I favour 'purpose built' semantic CSS/HTML that can be easily decoupled from the layout elements of the CSS. We can talk about the benefits and time savings of this approach over pre built CSS Libraries.
