From November 2012 to January 2013 (3 months) Junior Web Developer @ This was a client-facing role, responsible for the design and build of client websites using a variety of industry standard tools (HTML, CSS and CMS). Maintaining communication with clients for continued updates to retain high levels of customer service. Each project reached the client’s needs along with the sites own SEO goals and quality standards such as browser compatibility and mobile browsing. From June 2012 to November 2012 (6 months) Edinburgh, United KingdomDesktop Deployer @ Working as a contractor on behalf of the NHS, this role involved rolling out desktop systems across NHS Lothian. Daily tasks include desktop deployment, installations and solving user calls to the help desk whilst specialising in Oracle SunRay. From November 2011 to April 2012 (6 months) QA Tester @ Tested Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7 for Nintendo DS, 3DS, Sony PSP, PlayStation Vita, PC and Mac OS. This title passed submission first time and was released in November 2011. Duties included smoke testing daily builds, discussing issues found with developers, project leads, and further testing of balance within the mechanics of the game. From August 2011 to October 2011 (3 months) iOS Project and Design Lead @ Working on own design, Quik Fish was hand-picked out of fifty other submissions to be developed due to its casual nature and the market it was aimed for. Tasked to power the team to achieve deadline. Aimed at casual audiences, Quik Fish pitted players in to a wealth of levels and guided a school of fish through the dangerous seas using simple controls that were designed to appeal to all audiences. From May 2010 to October 2010 (6 months) Sales Assistant @ Main tasks involved customer service, following AAPEC ruling and general till usage. Maintaining GAMEs Efficiency System, weekly marketing changes and daily deliveries from warehouse. From September 2007 to May 2008 (9 months) Sales Assistant @ This position taught me the importance of customer relations, both face to face and over the phone. General Key tasks included till operation with PDQ machines, stock delivery check off both in hand and on system. End of day cash up and weekly in store POS changes to suit line managers and head office instructions. From September 2005 to July 2007 (1 year 11 months)
