I consider my career choice as a nurse a perfect match for my personality, my ambitions, and my life view. I have a love of learning and my personality is inquisitive. Nursing allows me to analyze information and find solutions. My career gives me chance to give back to others. The only limit is my imagination which fulfills my greatest ambitions. Most of all, nursing lets me better the community of people around me through improved health. Nursing uses my personal strengths and fulfills my desire to serve. Whether it is being a detective to determine patient complications or simply pouring a glass of water, I am able to find joy and satisfaction in everything I do as a nurse. As a future leader, I am determined to promote and practice mindful, intelligent nursing that furthers not only the profession, but also the health of patients and their communities.
