Norm Mullock is a veteran and active champion of data-driven innovation in professional services. Norm currently heads Intapp's efforts to expand the adoption Intapp's leading solutions in the legal industry into the broader professional and financial services markets.
Just prior to his current role, Norm led Intapp's integration and then time practices, first championing the adoption of formal data architecture strategies, streamlining inefficient processes and enabling the adoption of cloud technologies and then leading the company’s efforts in expanding law firms’ application of modern technology and management strategies to the understanding of lawyers' work efforts and the value derived from these efforts. As VP of Product Marketing, Norm led Intapp's successful market expansion both downmarket and into Australia, while helping to carry our unique value proposition and exciting product roadmaps to the markets we serve. Since 1999, Norm has helped firms of all sizes deploy software solutions that directly enhance firm performance and facilitate firm management.
Prior to joining Intapp, Norm spent more than a decade advancing the adoption of leading business intelligence solutions with BI pioneer, Redwood Analytics, a company Norm co-founded.
Norm holds both an M.A. in International Public Policy and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.

• Integration General Manager - Oversaw the successful integration of Redwood into the LexisNexis’ Client Development organization.
• Product Strategy - Orchestrated the launch of Lexis Diversity Insight, a product changing how diversity information is exchanged between law firm and client. Formulated initial framework and conducted primary customer research as the basis for Project Fusion. Developed and incubated a strategy for creating a new analytic solution offering for legal departments.
• Game Changers Board - Elected as one of 12 founding members to an internal LexisNexis board assigned with developing a process to foster organic innovation. Successfully solicited 99 separate idea submissions, qualifying 3 as potentially greater than $25 million revenue-generating ideas for an Action Lab in the first 3 months. • Financial Controls - Completed General ledger automation project. Transformed twenty-day, manual financial statement preparation into two-day, automated closing process.
• Financial Budgeting - Created an integrated A/L and financial model used for the annual budget and monthly earnings forecasting process. Conducted monthly financial reviews with key managers to evaluate financial performance and drive earnings initiatives.
• Asset/Liability Management - Chaired the ALCO, reporting to the Board of Directors. Responsible for the development of the A/L and Investment policies, acting as a primary contact with regulatory bodies. Modeled net interest income effect of market rate changes and purchased securities to maintain the balanced position required by policy.
