International Client Services Consultant @ Currently performing a dual role in the business, with the main aspect focused within the International Services Desk (ISD). This function, is PRO’s subject-matter expert for all international engagements across the world. Existing projects include: PSL contract negotiation/business development and contractor/worker on/offboarding in Israel, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Singapore, Brazil and Germany. Considerations within these projects include licensing regulations i.e. AUG in Germany and inter country tax treaties. A solutions driven role, demanding leadership as well as constant collaboration with the entire business. We are responsible for designing, and implementing compliant engagement solutions which will include factors such as: determining the appropriate engaging PRO & Client entities, currencies throughout the transaction, contract template, global validation of contractor documentation. Duties include handling of the entire life-cycle of the requisition from fulfillment through to assignment start and orientation/compliance i.e. AWR. As part of a small team of international subject matter experts, it is imperative to provide leadership and support to all involved populations: workers, partners, internal PRO billing and tax departments, PRO client managers and PRO’s Client Services organisation (MSP Neutral Vend Onsites). Also responsible for the accurate and timely setup of all engagements in PRO’s proprietary systems such as PeopleSoft, WAND (internal VMS tool) and SharePoint - also responsible for the day to day delivery of PRO’s international services and are the primary interface with PRO’s partner network across the world. The second aspect of this position is more recruitment focused. Working with an international technology solutions firm. This role involves managing recruitment process for all UK non-permanent recruitment. Supporting the business with hires across all disciplines and managing the PSL.
