From December 2012 to Present (3 years) NepalSocial Media, Web and Multimedia Design - Collaborative Boarding School Project @ Recently completed the #BoardingIsBetter Cross-Canada Road Trip to all 26 of our Boarding Schools. Social Media - Responsible for the management of Twitter, Facebook and Instagram profiles in coordination with the Director of the Boarding School Project. Regular analysis of Facebook Insights and Twitter Analytics to better understand how to market CAIS Boarding Schools through social media. Web Development - Responsible for creating, maintaining and curating various web presences, primarily the boarding schools.ca, caisstudents.ca, boardingschools.kz, boardingschools.jp and caisboardingschools.ae web properties. Graphic Design and Video Production - Utilize creative media to demonstrate the value of a Canadian Boarding Experience. From October 2014 to October 2015 (1 year 1 month) Toronto, Canada AreaHead of Office @ Managed a team of Office Staff who were responsible for maintaining effective communication with and between camper families, Directors, staff and campers; as well as keeping camper and staff files up to date. Responsibilities included: organizing transportation arrangements and documents for staff and campers, including hundreds of instances of international travel; accurate distribution and recording of petty cash; overseeing orders, inventory and purchases. From May 2014 to September 2014 (5 months) Waterfront Director @ Led crisis management through a number of real emergencies including two suspected spinal injuries, seizures, anaphylaxis and choking. Responsible for updating emergency waterfront procedures in co-ordination with the team of directors Trained the search and rescue team. Responsible for all hands-on maintenance on the waterfront (e.g. repairing docks, restocking first aid kits and lifesaving equipment). Trained and certified over 125 staff and “Leaders in Training” with Lifesaving Society Standard First Aid/CPR-C.
