My key achievements to date include: • Successfully leading the negotiation of the BPAY Group's Enterprise Agreement (EA) 2014: Of the 86% of employees who participated in the EA vote, 98.2% endorsed the new agreement. • Embedding the new Remuneration Strategy within the business which has enhanced BPAY's competitiveness in the market and resulted in greater transparency and improved leader confidence in how we manage remuneration at BPAY.
