Lizzy Martin (Oud-Beijerland, 1973) is eigenaar van Lizzy Kookt en verzorgt onder die naam vrolijkmakende lunches voor het bedrijfsleven. Daarnaast leent ze haar creatieve brein uit voor het bedenken van gerechten of het schrijven van stukjes over eten & drinken en kan je haar inhuren als kok. Lizzy woont sinds 2004 in Haarlem, samen met haar man en haar tweelingzoons en is gek op gin-tonic, intieme dineetjes, goede wijn, feestjes, het Spaarne, haar vrienden en gezin.
