In addition, provide support for Manager (1), Computer Manager (2), Supervisors (6), Computer System Analyst (3), Clinic Technical Consultant (1), Point of Care Testing Coordinator (1), and Regional Lab Coordinator (1). Duties include, but not limited to, Daily Operational, Buyer/Materials Management, Document Control Coordinator, Financial & Statistics Coordinator, Accounts Payable Coordinator, Billing Coordinator, Human Resources departmental functions assisting with 150+ staff, assists with departmental orientation, assists departmental Education Coordinator, serves as secondary DSO (Departmental Safety Officer) and participates in various PI projects. Supervises one (1) Laboratory Assistant who is responsible for inventory control/management. Assists with accreditation maintenance and participates in inspections for entire Laboratory Services: CLIA, AABB, Joint Commission, College of American Pathologists, TDSHS and all aspects related to each. From September 2013 to Present (2 years 4 months) Managerial Assistant @ Assistant to Divisional Director of Laboratory, Blood Bank, Anatomical Pathology/Cytology, and Regional Laboratory Services. In addition, provide support for departmental Director (1) Manager (1), Computer Manager (2), Supervisors (6), System Analyst (1), Technical Consultant (1), and Regional Lab Coordinator (1). Duties include, but not limited to, materials management, policy & procedure creation/update, accounting functions, statistical & budget reporting, departmental orientation, departmental educational support, multi-clerical/assistant duties, serve as DSO (Departmental Safety Officer) and various duties/projects. From May 2001 to September 2013 (12 years 5 months) Project Manager / Administration Manager @ Administration Manager for the Ford Motor Co. Sign Identification Program. Territory was the western half of the US plus export. Issued contracts with dealerships (Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, etc.); oversaw the project management team regarding contracting & installation of signage; served as liaison between the project management/installation company and dealership owners/operators. Oversaw the manufacturing of the program's signage. Adhered to all policy & procedure of Ford's Sign Program. From July 1996 to May 2001 (4 years 11 months)
