Software Engineer Intern @ Development of an application from scratch to automize the release deployment process which involves performing actions on distributed technical platforms(VM hosts MySQL/HBase Server, internal API, file manipulation etc.). Application built on the broker-agent pattern. With following the Alfresco official development documents, quickly came familiar from zero with the Alfresco dev stack. 2. Responsible for the system upgrade from Alfresco 4.1.4 to 5.0.0.3: — Adapted 14 existing system extensions(Antivirus, LDAP, UI customization, scheduled action, Lucene, database etc.) to the new system(Code refactoring, new functionality implemented). — Proposed an distributed cluster for the client-side Alfresco deployment environment. — Wrote an internal tutorial in French on developing Alfresco extensions using its Maven SDK in Eclipse and the a document(DCT) in a technical view about the approche to the system migration that is delivered to the client. 3. Implemented a system extension(packaged in AMP) allowing the Alfresco site manager to create and manage the local groups associated with the site for a more flexible and fine-grained permission control of content access. — A page containing the admin console. — RESTful Web Service implemented supporting the local groups management. — WebScripts(Javascript, Java, FreeMarker, XML) — Wrote the DCT of the solution delivering to the client. Produced several internal technical docs. 4. Presented my work to the team and given an internal training to colleagues on Alfresco development.
