I was responsible for acquisition and new market strategies and well as retention and reactivation marketing as Alton Lane expanded to new markets across the country including Richmond, Chicago, San Francisco and a mobile air stream showroom. Offline and traditional marketing channels like print, out of home and direct mail contributed to our market entrance strategy. I was also tasked with growing the online business using direct response channels such as email, paid search and affiliate marketing along with direct media buys, social media marketing and strategic partnerships to drive 100% YoY revenue growth. I also worked with other team members to develop conversion optimization and UX tactics. PR rolled up under marketing as did design and brand identity. I was involved in testing and developing additional sales channels including a digital stylist channel and personal swatch program targeting finance professionals. From January 2014 to October 2014 (10 months) Director of Marketing @ Freshpair is one of the largest online retailer of men's and women's intimate apparel. My tenure at Freshpair grew to overseeing retention and acquisition marketing programs including SEM, affiliate, SEO, social, CRM and CSEs. Managing a great team of eight marketers, we developed award-winning email, affiliate and onsite testing programs. We secured exclusive brand launches and pitched marketing coop programs, our largest being our annual National Underwear Day celebration. 2013 featured a Guinness World Record attempt for largest gathering of people in their underwear in the heart of Times Square which was featured of regional news programs. In addition to the direct marketing channels, I was responsible for forecasting annual company revenue and marketing spend. Outside of marketing, I managed our inhouse PR and branding strategy and spearheaded a lot of business analysis and company-wide initiatives. Working closely with merchants and planners, I influenced online merchandising, conversion and multivariate testing and personalization strategies. I also worked closely with our technology partners and managed our entire 3P Amazon strategy including sku managment, pricing and fullfillment. My passion for analytics kept me utilizing LTV and RFM models as well as lifecycle marketing and CPO goals to develop short-term and long-term marketing and company initiatives.
