I am a software architect with knowledge of high performance computing (HPC) in .NET and CUDA (GPGPU programming), applied to hydrodynamics. Mainly working on data processing and dissemination services with Web API, ASP.NET, C#, MySQL, PostgreSQL, NetCDF, HDF5 and Grib and JSON.
I find the most important values in work to be honesty, precision and connecting to people. I'm a perfectionist and won't give up before I'm satisfied but I'm very interested in the 'human' side as well.
I'm also experienced with object oriented PHP, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, CSS, HTML and some experience in game development in Unity3D / C# and in C++ with the Win32 API and XNA.
In the future I'd love to work with neuro-prosthetics, robotics. My interests also lie in HPC in the field of Artificial Intelligence (neural networks, genetic algorithms, etc). Working with CUDA applied to hydro-dynamics was one of the best experiences in my working career. Most importantly I want to work on applications that have a connection with the 'real' world.
On a side note: I love to produce electronic music. See http://soundcloud.com/asteroid for examples.
