Business, literature, philosphy, art. Without effective and efficient communication skills, these pillars of civilized society would cease to exist. My education, professional experiences and skills have been solidly founded upon the tenets of communication theory and professional application. I have been taught to assiduously examine the media that define our cultural condition and behavior. To see this, one can review my past employment history. I have used my communication skills to increase publicity for major corporations at a public relations firm. I have cooperatively managed conversations between companies and their publics at a major music publication. I have assisted in the A&R development of multiple major label bands at Columbia Records. I have recently coordinated the development of a fully integrated social media campaign at a Dessert Company. The content of my work experiences have greatly varied. However; the success I have had at these jobs are do to the communication skills I have worked so hard to build. I have two goal when working for a professional organization: 1. To use my communications and marketing knowledge to further the success of a company 2. To make a positive impact on the publics that are being marketed to.
