• Packaged the Selenium Webdriver Java code with an ANT script to allow automation from a command line: Running the ANT "build.xml" would compile and execute the Selenium Webdriver Java classes to automate the browser application. Screenshots and log files were outputted at the end of the execution.
• Learned the industry standard way of using 'property files' along with the Selenium Webdriver Java classes to pass in parameters to methods and facilitate scaling and portability of code.
• Built part of an Android Geofence application to get customers' data from a cloud database in Pega PRPC to an Android device over a REST/JSON web service .
• Completed the Pega PRPC New Engineer Training program where we covered concepts about how the PegaRules engine work, what rulesets, access groups, private checkins and checkouts, and other PRPC concepts are. • Used a Java-based, programming framework, PRPC, to execute various tasks such as closing out older rule-set versions, restricting users by access groups.
• Reported bugs for Pegasystems' offshore team in Bangalore, India. Bugs with Pending-Fixed status were then resolved by the offshore team and resubmitted back to me to be moved to Resolved-Completed status.
• Used TestingAnywhere, a record and playback browser automation tool for testing, to record discrete test cases for a number of modules/applications.
