Senior HPC Systems Engineer @ I build and maintain clusters for R Systems' HPC as a service offering. From December 2012 to Present (2 years 11 months) Austin, Texas AreaHPC Systems Engineer at the Army Research Laboratory @ I manage HPC clusters for the Mobile Network Modeling Institute for the Army. I designed and led the group that built DAVC, a dynamic resource allocation system (i.e., a private cloud). From November 2010 to December 2012 (2 years 2 months) High Performance Computing Manager and Administrator @ I am in charge of the day-to-day operations of Georgetown University's Computational Core Facility, which is a data center of High Performance Computing clusters used by researchers in various fields to solve computationally intensive problems.
I also develop and teach courses on High Performance Computing (HPC) administration to computer professionals outside of Georgetown University.
