From 2003 to 2005 (2 years) Director R&D - Enterprise Core Platform @ Built a 35-person development team building the industry's leading IVR platform. Introduced many of the leading speech vendors to market, introduced a robust VoiceXML IVR platform and won respect from Microsoft for our ability to deliver a telephony server for their Microsoft Speech Server product.
