Increased program revenue 30% in one fiscal year. Oversee CARF accreditation process. Acted as project manager for the company’s transition to Electronic Health Record. Performed all HR functions, including hiring, disciplinary action and employment termination. Assisted Helping Hands Hawaii close its operations in Hawaii County, when ACT contracts were termed state wide. Facilitated clinically appropriate transfers of all clients to an appropriate community setting.
