My SAP work experience has been very interest and diverse. In 2005, the Province of Nova Scotia's EMERGE project went live and 6 new functional consultants were tasked with supporting the Human Capital Management (HCM) module with the assistance of external consultants. This trial by fire allowed me to learn more about the different sub components of SAP HCM than I would have learned elsewhere. Then as the team grew our division ended up supporting the NS School Board, Regional Housing, Halifax Water, and other SAP clients.
