Associate Director of SAP Support @ Led the enterprise implementation of SAP ERP ECC 5 in six months including US, UK and PR. The deployment of the application was critical to the company IPO, which required the conversion of data from diverse sources and the design of new business processes for all business functions. Constructed the support organization for all sites and functions, achieving a well integrated team, encompassing Basis, Development, Security and Functional support for all modules. Led the build and deployment of SAP HCM/LSO ECC 6, including all organizational, personnel and training processes in 2009. Led the 10 month deployment of SAP ERP and HCM to Canada, Puerto Rico and Western European countries in support of the acquisition of Procter and Gamble Pharmaceuticals. Current focus includes leading the IT activities for the commissioning of serialization for e-Pedigree, using SAP AII/OER as well as integration activities of WCRX and Actavis. Provided direction in the re-structuring of the group, establishing metrics and building a service level agreement. From October 2003 to May 2004 (8 months) Raritan, NJProject Manager for Novartis Pharmaceuticals @ As project manager, guided the team through successful completion of all project phases, from business case in July of 2002, until the go-live of Plant Maintenance, MRO inventory and purchasing in July of 2003. The project demanded full validation, including the development and execution of a Validation Master Plan and Documentation Strategy amongst many deliverables. Special development of electronic signature for PM master data was made by SAP / Waldorf. North American sites were the Global pilot for SAP 4.6C PM at Novartis with subsequent roll out to other sites in France, England and Switzerland. From July 2002 to August 2003 (1 year 2 months) Florham Park, NJTeam Lead for IM / WM and QM at Scheriing Plough @ As Inventory and Quality control lead, implemented improved and compliant Inventory and Batch control processes in SAP R/3 4.6c. Led the design and deployment of all development objects including conversions and the interfaces to an automated distribution center with excess of 30,000 bins, controlled by a McHugh Freeman warehouse management system. Critical activities included the activation of batch control for an SAP system in production, entailing high risk and complexity. From January 2001 to January 2002 (1 year 1 month) Greater Memphis AreaTeam Lead Procurement at Barnes & Noble .COM @ Managed a 3-stage implementation including Special Orders Purchasing and Accounts Payable, EDI Accounts Payable and reorder point planning with SAP R/3 4.5b. Physical sites included 3 distribution centers Dayton NJ, Memphis Tennessee and Reno Nevada as well as an administrative office in New York City. Significant achievements include the integration of SAP R/3 purchasing with website ordering, and the deployment of special output systems such as fax servers. From June 2000 to December 2000 (7 months) Greater New York City AreaTeam Lead QM / IM / WM at Warner Lambert Ireland @ Quality Management team lead and integration coordinator for Inventory, Warehouse Management, and Plant Maintenance, for the Ireland Bulk Chemical and Tableting Manufacturing sites.
