💼 Past Experience
I got my start in technology by interning at Quicken Loans, working on a web development project for the company. After that, I worked at BounceX as a software engineer. I was responsible for improving the efficiency of the recipe analyzing feature of the service, implementing a messaging queue to allow tasks to be performed asynchronously, and testing the entire API and design functions to handle any bugs. In my time at BounceX, I also completed the company’s first ever product, which was a mobile app.
Daniel Valentini is a computer science and engineering student at The Ohio State University. His Bachelor of Science degree is in Computer Science & Engineering.After completing his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University, Daniel worked as a software engineer at two startups. He then completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Utah where he focused on network analysis and security.Since he finished his fellowship, Daniel has focused on research projects in the areas of network analysis, security, and machine learning. His recent research has focused on the validation of machine learning models. Daniel has also headed up several research teams at three different universities.At the moment, Daniel is the Research Scientist at CloudFlare and is continuing his work on thevalidation of machine learning models. Daniel also happens to be the Vice President of Research at the Alexandria Networks Association, a not-for-profit organization that focuses on networking research.Daniel Valentini's current research focus:Daniel Valentini's current research focus is on the validation of machine learning models. His current research projects focus on the validation of machine learning models at CloudFlare, Alexandria Networks Association, and several other organizations.
