Having joined Gaucho in early 2010 as part of the opening management team of Gaucho Leeds. I quickly decided that the move to London with Gaucho was best for my career, and my development. In 2012 I was made Managing Partner of Gaucho Chancery Lane, before moving to Richmond in the summer of 2013. In late 2014, I was given the opportunity to take the role of General Manager of a new Roka Opening in Aldwych, before recently taking the role of Opening General Manager at 'The Ivy Chelsea Garden', a restaurant backed by Caprice Holdings. I have a passion for all things hospitality, and believe that the secret to success is a great knowledge, a great desire to succeed, but most importantly remembering that “this is hospitality”. I have love for food and drink, and just as importantly exceptional service.
