Devoting my energy to learning and working with technology has provided me the benefit of knowledge and experience to work in System Administration and Technical Support. I have worked with technology in the Financial and Health Care worlds and have great understanding of security, up-time, communication and most importantly customer service. I enjoy working with others and learning about my colleagues along with fixing/resolving their individual technical issues as well as issues affecting the organization. Being a supportive person in technology not only involves the technology but also the people that interact with that technology.
Actively working with a variety of products such as Windows Server 2008, SQL Clustering and Citrix XenApp down to the desktop of Windows 7, 8 and Mac OS X gives me a well rounded feel of how the experience and frustrations can be with technology. Thorough research and reaching out for help on obstacles to which I didn't have the immediate answer has helped me solve some of my most difficult of technical puzzles.
Engrossed with VMware ESXi and vSphere 4.x and 5.x for a number of years, I am ambitiously in pursuit of an expert level of knowledge. VMware and Microsoft is a tool that I thoroughly enjoy. I am currently striving to gain my next certifications in VCP-DCV and MCSA in Windows Server 2012 to add to my current VCA-DCV, MCSA and A+ certifications. Helping an organization, save money, increase efficiency, become more proactive and making systems centrally manageable and recoverable is something my Lean Six Sigma training will guide my professional decision making career for your organization.
