Self-motivated individual who gets the job done, keen to apply my skills and experience in to a variety of roles. Worked for various companies in a software a developer capacity for almost 10 years, specialising in MVC ASP .NET C# and SQL server.Applications, Tasks & Projects - Ongoing @ Self-motivated to undertake multiple tasks/projects, creating many applications; the objective to provide a thorough understanding of the MVC, C# and ASP .NET development environment and libraries. These include all different aspects of MVC, ASP.NET, Entity Framework (EF), AngularJS, Bootstrap and TDD. From 2012 to Present (3 years) Software Developer @ Tasks fulfilled and maintained throughout my contract, included experience with C#, VB, Web forms, Win Forms, ASP .NET, HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript and SQL, the main projects are summarized below: From January 2014 to July 2015 (1 year 7 months) Stevenage, United KingdomSoftware Developer @ Mortality audit website and reporting software - An SQL database and C# ASP.Net Web forms front end incorporating JQuery and JavaScript into the code. This tool allows all in-hospital medical or surgical deaths at Stevenage hospital to be reviewed and documented. Statistics and critical decisions are reported along with an extractable CSV file of all completed reviews. Key Performance indictors (KPI) collection and reporting software - An SQL database and C# ASP.Net Web forms front end, for tracking all Key Performance indictors from NHS Departments throughout the Trust. This allowed the KPI data to be tracked, audited and reported on a monthly basis. The website employed Microsoft’s .net security to create and manage users and roles; this enabled users to view tailored administrative menus depending on their role. Data was collected on a monthly. Stroke Website - An SQL database and C# ASP.Net Web forms front end, this software was previously outsourced, I was tasked to create a similar tool, in which allowed nurses to document treatments to patients for both Stroke and Transient Ischaemic Attack (TIA); In order to provide the Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme (SSNAP) an up loadable CSV file. The CSV file the data inputted had to be audited to a specific specification, taking into consideration mandatory fields and providing specific metric information proving stroke and TIA criteria is met. From January 2014 to July 2015 (1 year 7 months) Software Developer @ Individual Funding Request (IFR) - An SQL database and C# ASP.Net Web forms front end incorporating JQuery and JavaScript into the code. Previously IFRs was tracked through an Access application; this system required updating due to errors, data integrity and software redundancy issues. The new tool used an active directory list to secure the website, and interacted with a the trusts patients data warehouse, allowing the users to search waiting lists and records to accurately keep track of funding requests and approvals; Reports of completed and unapproved procedures was also displayed. Change Notification Website - An SQL database and C# ASP.Net Web forms front end, the change notification website was created to document software and system change requests, streamlining the current process and avoiding room for error and duplication. Change notifications can be created at the touch of a button without having to search for a document template. Additionally users were able to search for complete and incomplete change notifications quickly and easily. Database Reference Software - An SQL database and C# Win Forms front end. This tool allowed users without knowledge SQL to update, create, edit, and delete rows in tables; and was controlled by the use of an administrator account. Access to database tables and columns was controlled by the administrator and Encryption with salted passwords was used to secure access. From January 2014 to July 2015 (1 year 7 months) Software developer @ I was tasked to gather requirements, design, code and test a windows 7 migration tool, which is now being used to update 10,000 PC compliance builds throughout Leeds General Infirmary. The migration tool was coded using C# ASP.NET and using an SQL database back end; in order to track information from old XP builds to new Windows 7 builds, allowing users to set deployment dates, keep track of deployed and updated PC builds. The software also had to keep track of PC software compliance testing and relay information of the PCs that were ready to be updated or deployed throughout all the locations of the hospital. Errors that were detected, such as duplicated data, missing software integration codes along with other data integrity issues, were stored and displayed on separate tables. From November 2013 to January 2014 (3 months) Software Developer @ QUANTAQ produces forensic mobile and SIM products and solutions. I was tasked to fulfil a number of projects for their company which included experience with MVC, C#, ASP .NET, Entity Framework, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, JQuery, SQL and TDD. The main MVC projects included: Product Deployment Tracking / Auditing System - C# ASP .NET MVC, ASP.NET, Entity Framework with an SQL database backend, for tracking software products delivered to forensic customers, detailing when and what was shipped, including any bespoke tailoring for customer etc. Then any updates applied since the original shipments, and a real time license management system. Forensic Data Processing Suite - C# ASP .NET, MVC, ASP.NET, Entity Framework with an SQL server database backend, a new product for QUANTAQ that takes data acquired from SIM cards, it then tags and stores the data in a large secure SQL database. A front end was also designed to query and search for particular items, and a processing module that can output subsets of data into a variety of useful formats to be used by other forensic analysis tools.
