I have been working in the Customer Service Industry for over 14 years and have always had a passion for people. I have been fortunate with the skills to work well with people, understand their needs and be able to execute a solution. For the last 6 years I have been working in the Luxury Fashion Industry dealing with the needs of the ever changing consumer and buyers. I have been the liaison between the consumer and the buyers for many brands helping them understand the needs for the target market and understanding buyer behavior. Knowing the consumer and understanding their needs and wants have become my specialty. I am always trying new ways to excite the consumer and reinventing a new way to sell the product. Because of this the industry, I have become accustomed to working in a fast paced environment. Working with the public in the past years, I have been able to hone in on my multitasking skills. I find it enjoyable being able to jump from project to project, keeping my mind alert. With multitasking, comes great organization skills. I start everyday with a list of daily, weekly and monthly projects to keep myself focused.
I have worked in a team environment for years and have always strived to help build a great team atmosphere. I am a leader by nature and have always enjoyed rallying people to get them excited and motivated. I strongly believe that you cannot achieve greatness without a team that works well together and supports one and other.
I also worked in the restaurant/service industry for 7 years serving, bartending and hosting. The combination of working in both service industries has helped me become more well rounded and multi-dimensional in business, customer service and most importantly, in life. I have a strong will to succeed and always wanting to achieve more with any goal, task or job I have. I really enjoy new challenges that encourage problem solving, thinking outside the box and needing to use alternate ways to get the job done.
