In 2012 I started my adventure with e-commerce. My first steps were in the copywriting field. I was working for external Polish clients such as Praktiker and Solar. For the first 2 years I have worked in Divante, where I started my journey as Content Marketing Specialist. I managed copywriting projects and supported the Sales Department. My duties included managing projects related to e-mail marketing, lead campaigns or introducing new products to the market. I was also responsible for our company’s blog ideas2action.pl In June 2013 I was promoted to Project Manager and soon became coordinator of all development work. I managed IT projects and have maintained a good relationship with my clients. I have had the pleasure to work with my inspiring colleagues from Divante. I’m a specialist in copywriting, e-mail marketing, IT and e-marketing projects. I was trained in Prince2 and Agile methodologies. Since August 2014 I have worked within the international environment with amazing people from Switzerland, Great Britain, US, India and East Europe. I’m the IT PMO specialist supporting program (based on Scaled Agile Framework), which include 6 Scum teams in Wroclaw and Zurich. In this job I combine the traditional approach of a project manager and Scrum methodology.
