I ran cables through commercial buildings installing wifi. Organized equipment and inventory. On sales, I was in charge of getting existing customers to renew their software licenses. I worked exclusively with Midsize to large corporations. My renewal rate was between 80-90%. From January 2008 to June 2011 (3 years 6 months) Quality Assurance Represeantive @ I contacted customers that had purchased our software to make sure that the software was working for them and that they had no issues with it. If there were any issues, I would make sure that the issues were resolved and that the customer was 100% satisfied.
