The principle of continuous monitoring of knowledge and turning it into practice shaped my Human Resources career over the years. My career began in OBEY Management Consultancy where the experience gave me the ability to analyze the organizations in the macro sense. Then, I willingly developed my expertise on designing, implementation, development and execution of the restructuring processes of the human resources functions in different sized companies. I always assign the strategy and objectives of the organizations my first priority in the projects and reflect my agile personality to all of them.
I count active use of technology and the internet a prerequisite for the 21st century people. In this respect, I launched my human resources blog “Kaynağim İnsan” in 2009 which I share my professional knowledge and experiences with a wider audience. In 2010, Kaynağım İnsan won awards in two major web competitions: The Golden Spider Awards and 2010 Best Turkish Blog Awards.
