I have over 6 years experience in the cleaning service industry and the supply of all associated services and Janitorial Products to assist the contract. Currently selling into NHS centers, Drugs and Alcohol rehabilitation centers and offices, head offices of Discount retail stores, car showrooms, radio stations, construction, manufacturing, industry and various offices Along with this we work with events such as Agricultural show across the North West, Race courses, and local interest festivals in Merseyside and food and music festivals with all aspects of cleaning, toilet attending and replenishing,and littler picking. Currently responsible for expanding client database - Recently introducing a new email campaign with full control of the email I prepare, design and send out. Worked with large key accounts such as B & M Delivering both new business and organic growth through forging strong relations and providing effective innovative solutions Developed and maintained a solid customer base and business relationships from Direct selling, email and referrals. Confident with new client meetings and understanding Individual companies requirements for cleaning, My success rate in closing a deal is excellent, and this is due to me being tenacious and focused on the end result, usually up selling with Janitorial stock, toilet rolls, hand towels and so much more. I believe business retention is as important as new business so building good relations ships with clients is paramount. I have a level of managing within the company for logistics of over 150 staff ensuring all sites are covered during holidays and absence, staffing issues and bridging the gap between all key managers. Answering directly to the Director of Barringtons on a PA level. My key skills are selling and this is where I am most comfortable, but a diverse involvement in the business is interesting.
