Yoga Shelter, established in 2004, is the place where yoga ROCKS. We offer several classes per week in over 5 locations across the country. Our classes are set to music; our playlists are eclectic, uplifting and relatable - creating a light, fun, and energizing atmosphere. At Yoga Shelter there are no levels systems - all of our classes are designed for each of us to do what we can so that we can take care of, and get to know ourselves. Our instructors are experts in facilitating an environment that supports our newest students, while challenging even the most experienced yogis.
