Urgenci helps all different types of companies solve their most challenging business + technology problems with a very customized approach. Because ‘one-size doesn’t fit all’ in this business. Founded in 2012 by the founders of the Laurel Group, a retained executive search firm, Urgenci was launched out of the frustration technology executives had with the current landscape of professional services. The choices are limited. At one end of the spectrum are the Big 4 type of firms – very expensive, often not local, and driven to deploy more people than you really need. At the other end are the multi-billion dollar on-shore/off-shore staffing firms pushing resumes vs. offering real solutions. We service enterprise, mid-market, and emerging-growth companies by designing customized solutions for every client. Each are in a different stage of growth with a different set of challenges, but the common theme remains the same – the need for highly skilled people who solve problems with the best solutions.
