We design automated and integrated logistics solutions for manufacturers of high-volume consumer products and for distribution centers, mainly in the food, beverage, and tissue sectors. Thanks to innovative technologies, 28 years ago we were already working on the concept of Industry 4.0: smart and interconnected factories. Our tailor-made solutions for production planning and control and for storage and shipping activities guarantee a significant increase in plant safety and sustainability, while ensuring the total traceability of handled products. The main systems are designed according to the customer’s application needs and include: palletizing robots, a wide range of laser-guided vehicles (LGVs/AGVs), high-speed robotic stretch wrappers, pallet control systems, robotic labellers, layer picking and repacking solutions and automated high-density warehouses. The entire logistics flow is centrally managed by the SM.I.LE80 software platform (Smart Integrated Logistics), which integrates systems efficiently for the optimization of all operations, from raw material reception to warehousing and shipping. Presently, we have completed nearly 300 integrated factories in different parts of the world and installed over 2000 robotic systems, 5000 automatic laser-guided vehicles, and 30 automated high-density warehouses. We have been working with Tetra Pak worldwide since 2007. In addition to our headquarters in Viano, we have set up branches in Australia, Brazil, Chile, China, the United Arab Emirates, France, Mexico, Sweden, the UK, Poland, Russia, the USA, and Thailand to be closer to our customers. With this same objective in mind, we offer 24/7 remote and on-site assistance services to help customers maintain maximum efficiency over time. We have grown year after year, focusing on our key assets: investing in our people and in research and development, while applying and reinforcing our significant technological knowledge and our adaptability to market needs.
