ACES provides services “as agent”: We represent our Clients in the marketplace, working to manage energy risk. Because ACES itself does not buy or sell energy, we avoid conflicts of interest and ensure consistent and complete alignment with the best interests of the organizations we serve. We transact several billion dollars annually on behalf of our Clients, who operate in all of the major electricity markets in the United States and have a collective portfolio of over 50,000 MW of both load and resources.
