From September 2011 to December 2011 (4 months) Tacoma, WaHead of Global Customer Success and Support @ zkipster | Event Management Software for the World's Best Events During my time at zkipster I owned Global Success and Support channels designing the voice of client interactions that stand today. My mission was to deliver on the user experience and ensure that not only did we provide immediate support for all client's needs, but also worked cohesively across product, marketing and sales teams to make sure we were proactively delivering on our user experience promise. Event Management software for the World's Best Events. My job was to find all the ways we could deliver support, product and success on demand through high frequency touch points. The role of success at zkipster was onboarding, educating and delivering the essential tools our clients needed with a self service SAAS product. As you can read from the recommendations we were very successful with this. I was responsible for delivering success for our thousands of clients through content that increased client understanding and adoption of product features. That content came in the form of a robust help center, tutorial video library, webinar program and provided on demand support for the entire client base. I owned, created and ran every bit of support to ensure all of our clients ran the most successful events possible with zkipster. I worked directly with clients and our Head of Product creating an entire product feedback loop, bringing in Productboard, to figure out quick wins that developed our clients trust and love of our software. It also lead to the development of our core functionality and helped create the product roadmap that is being used today. Directly working with all of our clients providing support and training and developing an entire success program to identify ways we can continue to help them win, is something I'm proud to say I was able to deliver, leading to the most successful year in revenue for zkipster in 2017. Those are the problems Cue helps solve for by utilizing tech already on site that is typically overlooked. We help drive conversions up by 20% and create impactful ways for retailers to send messaging that resonates with consumers. It's all about improving the customer's brand experience both on site and off and making sure a retailer has the right data and tools to operate most efficiently.
