Director Organizational Development for Supply Chain @ Provide tactical and strategic training and organization development service for all of NBTY locations and implementing corporate initiatives as needed within the overall organization. Contribute to the design of corporate and business unit strategies and systems that drive the desired culture, employee behaviors and company performance. Coordinates all human resources efforts aligned to the transformation, such as revision of job descriptions, recruitments, and separations. Develop the capabilities assessment model, and the change management, implementation, and communication plans. Provide coaching to executive leaders across the region. From June 2014 to May 2015 (1 year) Director, North America & Latin America Change and Culture @ Works for the divisional Strategy organization supporting the Vice President of The Americas Manufacturing Operations. Responsible for leading, managing, coaching, deploying and continuously improving the manufacturing division’s High Performance Organization (HPO) model. Support the 13 sites and their leadership teams across the region by identifying, assessing, and facilitating organizational changes and challenges.
