- Created and Launched the "Your Medical Imaging Technology Partner for Life" Initiative with the Objective to create Innovative, Creative and Affordable Solutions for Existing Carestream Customers to UPgrade and Stay Current with their Imaging technology in use until they finally switch to the Carestream DRX-1 Solutions of portable, cassette-sized DR Detector Technology using the X-Factor Principle. The Obective of this Initiative is, that none of the existing Carestream CR and Legacy DR Customers will ever have to switch to the Competition for their CR or DR Imaging Technology Needs.
- Created the "Carestream Extend Program" to upgrade the existing world-wide installed base of Kodak/Carestream CR and DR technology users to the latest 2012 hardware and software platform.
The "Carestream Extend Program" is expected to generate revenues of approx. US$ 100 mio for Carestream Health at very high profit margins. It was featured end of May 2012 on AuntMinnie.com and HealthImaging.com.
- Created and Launched the DRX-1 "APP - Accident Protection Program" - an Insurance Plan for the Carestream DRX-1 DR Detector Solutions Customers with the Objective to triple or possibly even quadruple the existing customer attachment rate for it compared to the previously offered "Drop Rider Program".
The new "APP - Accident Protection Program" Insurance Plan from Carestream is expected to generate another US$ 100 mio for Carestream Health over the next 5 years at very high profit margins due to the "insurance nature" of the program.
- Launched 2 new Point-of-Sales Service Contracts for Carestream Health in order to substiantially increase the attachment rate for Service Contracts with its customers.
