I am currently working on another secret project. Recently I was the Sr. TPM Manager for the Amazon Echo, Amazon's "Flagship Internet of Things" device. I have led teams of Program Managers and TPMs for the Amazon Echo, Office 365, and multiple Windows releases. As Director of Technical Strategy, I drove the cross-divisional initiative toward power-efficient processor strategy for Windows ARM-based architectures, and mobile platforms. As a Lead Product Manager, I developed new products, programs & tools for major Windows releases targeting enterprise customers. I spent 12 years (on the road) working with WW enterprise customers, deploying Windows in F100 companies and training Microsoft Field Engineers.
My passion is blending strategy and innovation together to create great new customer experiences with broad impact. Beyond the Sr. Manager of TPMs role for the Amazon Echo, I created the Microsoft Rapid Deployment Program (focused on the enterprise), I’m a primary author of the Windows Resource Kit, the Windows NT Resource Kit and the follow-on editions. I have created and delivered consistently top-rated technical training and presentations for both internal field engineers and enterprise customers worldwide covering Windows architecture, security, networking, line-of-business applications, app compatibility and performance tuning.
People describe me as focused, hard-working and having high integrity. I enjoy working as part of a team of talented people working on cross-team complex projects with partner teams, multiple sets of dependencies and tight product schedules. As a Manager of Managers, I love watching teams develop, build confidence and succeed at taking on big challenges.
