I am motivated by solving complex business problems and implementing their solutions. I currently work with the Hong Kong and China firm of Deloitte. I was previously a Chief Risk Officer for RBS across Asia and lead the risk workstreams for the disposal of businesses up till 2011 following the crisis. I have over 18 year's experience in risk management, economics, corporate and consumer finance, and change management and have successfully worked in leadership roles in both blue chip and consulting environments across a wide range of sectors. I'm motivated by building and being part of high-performance teams. At present I am working with a broad range of international financial services clients, as well as a number of Mainland institutions.
