From 2001 to 2006 (5 years) Disputed Claims Assessor @ The role involved the re-assessment of all declined PHI claims. Customer satisfaction was of the essence with prompt service required by our clients. External client visits complemented the service when a contentious issue arose which required further indepth discussion. The role required sensitivity to the potential impact on our business when under threat from media publicity and legal proceedings. The job specification required clear identification of customer needs and the provision of an appropriate customer care service.
