The growth trajectory planned will more than triple the employee base and revenue of the company within the next five years when we will be providing oral health care services to over 600 communities. From January 2011 to September 2014 (3 years 9 months) Business Strategist - startup team @ As part of the start up team my focus was building the strategy for marketing, operations, and business practices for the RejuvN8 product line. Renewal Nutrition, LLC provides high quality, nutritionally packed food for those who desire a long, healthy, active lifestyle and want to live life to the fullest. From July 2009 to January 2011 (1 year 7 months) Account Executive to Bristol-Myers Squibb @ Aerotek is part of the privately owned Allegis Group, the largest staffing services provider in North America, and was the Master Service Provider for scientific, engineering, accounting, administrative and operations staffing to Bristol-Myers Squibb, a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company. My responsibilities include acting as the Human Resources Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager over a contractor population of 1800. This includes oversight for employee relations, immigration, HRIS management, and managing the contractor requirement fulfillment executed by 14 Senior Recruiters to sites located throughout North America; These sites are focused on the development and production of new pharmaceutical products derived from biologic sources and bulk compounds as well as developing infant nutritional products for global distribution.
